hehehe..start 14/06/2010 hr ni..no breakfast..so gantikan dgn soya n tea...tp nt kol 1 kene mkn tau..n minum byk-byk air...sekurang - kurang nye 3liter sehari..pastu bila mlm minum soya smula..n hari-hari yg seterusnye...hope program diet ni berjaya..amin...setakat tawakal n amin je xcukup..so kene la usaha cikit..hmm..xsbr nk tgk hasil nye....doa kn ye...
